We offer two types of pricing depending on the job:

Per Acre Pricing – For larger, open land clearing and forestry mulching projects. Pricing depends on vegetation density, terrain, and accessibility.

Project-Based Pricing – For detailed work such as trail cutting, fence line clearing, and habitat improvement. These projects are priced based on time, scope, and conditions.

Typical project minimums start at $900 for detailed work and $1,500 for larger mulching projects, depending on property conditions.

Every property is different, and we’ll provide a clear, upfront quote after reviewing your project.

$1,200 – $1,600 per acre

Land is easy to walk through with minimal overgrowth.

Includes:

• Light brush and weeds 
• Small scattered saplings 
• Early-stage overgrowth 
• Open or lightly wooded areas 

Best for quick cleanup and light property maintenance.

 $1,600 – $2,200 per acre

Land is overgrown but still manageable.

Includes:

• Thick brush and invasive growth 
• Small trees and saplings mixed throughout 
• Limited walking access in areas 
• Typical pasture or abandoned land 

This is the most common condition for forestry mulching projects.

 $2,200 – $3,000+ per acre

Land is heavily overgrown and difficult to access.

Includes:

• Thick briars, vines, and woody invasives 
• Small to medium trees throughout 
• Limited visibility and access 
• Long-term unmanaged land 

Requires more time, equipment, and precision.

 Terrain can impact final pricing based on difficulty:

• Easy equipment access 
• Minimal obstacles 
• Most efficient working conditions 

• Gentle slopes and uneven ground 
• Standard machine access 
• Moderate production speed 

• Hillsides or erosion-prone areas 
• Slopes up to or beyond 25% grade 
• Reduced efficiency and increased care required

Smaller properties are priced based on vegetation density, access, and total scope of work. We provide fast, straightforward estimates for smaller residential jobs.
